🔧 Warranty Claims Process

  1. Initial Assessment
Before sending any product for a warranty claim, customers must first contact CCTV Tradie to confirm the fault.

  2. Warranty Request Form
Once confirmed, customers must complete the Return/Warranty Request Form, available under the Warranty Section on the relevant product page at www.cctvimporters.com.au.

  3. Shipping Responsibility

    • Customers are required to pay the shipping cost when sending the product for warranty assessment.

    • If the item is confirmed as faulty, CCTV Tradie will cover the return shipping cost.

    • If the item is not faulty, the customer will be responsible for both sending and return shipping charges.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Warranty is provided by the product manufacturer, not CCTV Tradie.

  • CCTV Tradie facilitates the warranty process but is not liable for the manufacturer’s decisions or actions.

  • Physical damage, misuse, or modification of products may void the warranty.
