2.2 Installer's Responsibilities:

Installation services are performed by independent installers assigned to customers.
The installer provides a 1-year warranty on the installation work. This warranty covers installation-related issues and does not extend to product defects.
Any issues related to the installation must be discussed and coordinated directly with the assigned installer.

2.3 Determining Responsibility:

If an issue arises, customers are responsible for determining whether it pertains to the product or the installation.
CCTV Importers can assist in facilitating the resolution of disputes between customers and installers but does not assume responsibility for installation-related issues.

3. Warranty and Claims

3.1 Product Warranty:

Products sold by CCTV Importers include a manufacturer’s warranty as stipulated by the supplier.
Customers must follow proper use and maintenance guidelines to ensure the warranty remains valid.

3.2 Installer Warranty:

The 1-year installation warranty is provided by the assigned installer and not CCTV Importers.

4. Shipping Policy
