we currently only ship to Australia and New Zealand. We do not offer international shipping outside of these regions at this time.

We process orders from Monday to Friday, ensuring they are shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.

All orders are delivered using the Australia Post shipping method and this is the most efficient method of delivery. 

A flat rate of $12 applies to all orders under $200.

Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days all over Australia including Tasmania.

New Zealand: 10-15 business days.

Once your order is packed and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This tracking number can be used to monitor your parcel's progress.

For your convenience, if you are not home at the time of delivery, the delivery driver will leave your parcel in a secure place if deemed safe. If it is not safe to leave the parcel, or if the parcel is too large, a card will be left with instructions on how to retrieve your parcel from the local depot.

We offer returns within 7 days. refunds, repairs and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and on the terms set out in this Refund Policy ("Policy").
