All orders are delivered using the Australia Post shipping method and this is the most efficient method of delivery.
A flat rate of $12 applies to all orders under $200.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is packed and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This tracking number can be used to monitor your parcel's progress.
For your convenience, if you are not home at the time of delivery, the delivery driver will leave your parcel in a secure place if deemed safe. If it is not safe to leave the parcel, or if the parcel is too large, a card will be left with instructions on how to retrieve your parcel from the local depot.

The Wisenet Q series is available in two resolution options to give you the freedom to choose the cameras that best fits your security needs. 5MP Q series cameras can support up to 30fps, providing real-time video with 2592 x 1944 resolution and up to 15fps of WDR performance providing crisp and vivid monitoring.

Fixed Lens The Wisenet Q series fixed-lens models are available with focal lengths of 2.8mm, 4.0mm and 6.0mm. The 2.8mm lens is available if you prefer a wide-angle view. If an area to monitor is located further away from the camera, the 6.0mm lens can be utilized
Varifocal Lens The 3.2 ~ 10mm (3.1x) varifocal lens, created by Hanwha echwin’s own advanced technology, offers greater flexibility in the field of view. The motorized varifocal option provides quick and easy focus using the simple focus feature

The Wisenet Q series cameras support analog video (CVBS) output for easier installation. During the installation, a monitor can be connected to the monitor port to adjust and configure the viewing angle and the focus.*

Conventional horizontally oriented video streams waste bandwidth and storage along their edges in narrow areas such as store aisles or long hallways. Hallway view created a vertically oriented 3 : 4 or 9 : 16 ratio video stream to maximize usable image space in a narrow environment.
