How many of you read the terms and conditions of an online shop before you make a purchase? Yep. Me neither. I made a wrong purchase from CCTV Tradie. Thought I was buying a 2.5" drive. Turns out I bought a 3.5". Contacted their support to try and get it exchanged. Turns out they treat this as a change of mind and won't take returns (as per their Terms and conditions), due to damage that can occur due to poor handling. The drive came in just bubble wrap and a shipping label stuck on it. It didn't even have a box when the postman handed it to me. So it seems to me like they are punishing me for their lack of care in handling. I bought the drive about a month ago. It's still sealed in its packaging. But that's okay. I was a first time buyer, and I'm never going back. Well done chaps!
