Our technician request service is currently available across Melbourne and surrounding suburbs only. Availability may vary depending on your location and the type of work required.

Our technician service call-out fee is $210 for the first hour and $130 for each additional hour.

The first-hour call-out fee of $210 must be paid in advance to confirm your technician booking. If the service takes longer than one hour, any additional time will be charged at $130 per hour and invoiced after the service.

Please note that the initial call-out fee is non-refundable once the technician has been booked and dispatched. A refund of the prepaid call-out fee will only be provided if the scheduled technician does not attend the appointment.

Additional charges may apply if replacement parts, equipment or other materials are required. Any such costs will be discussed separately where applicable.
