FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $500 AUSTRALIA WIDE, except for large and heavy items such as cabinets, racks, Cable reels, and bollards, etc.

All orders are delivered using the Australia Post shipping method and this is the most efficient method of delivery. 

A flat rate of $12 applies to all orders under $500, excluding heavy and large items, which will incur a specific shipping cost displayed at checkout.

Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days all over Australia, including Tasmania.

New Zealand: 10-15 business days.

Processing Times

We process orders from Monday to Friday, ensuring they are shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is packed and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This tracking number can be used to monitor your parcel's progress.

For your convenience, if you are not home at the time of delivery, the delivery driver will leave your parcel in a secure place if deemed safe. If it is not safe to leave the parcel, or if the parcel is too large, a card will be left with instructions on how to retrieve your parcel from the local depot.

Warranty period is given in the product description.

CCTV Tradie’s Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the Product and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Products repaired or replaced if the Products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
